Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of upward communication between Head Sales & Customer Support and Sales & Customer Support staff in PT. Global Virtual Network Bandung technology. The research method used was observation which researcher acted as a participant and the data obtained from the interview process to the Head of Sales & Customer Support along with a staff of 3 (three) people as material for the researcher's analysis. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer found the upward communication carried out by the Sales & Customer Support division in PT. Virtual Network Global Technology Bandung, is quite well underway. Which if adjusted to the author's framework based on the theory of Planty and Machaver (1952) in Rosmawaty (2010: 104) in presenting 7 principles as a guide to the communication program above, it was found that the Sales & Customer Support division was good enough in applying 4 the principle stated
