Abstract

Sistem Informasi Persediaan ATK merupakan suatu sistem informasi yang ditujukan dan didesain khusus untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan persediaan ATK. Pada objek observasi, PT. SPP Bandung, Sistem Informasi Persediaan ATK memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan persediaan ATK untuk kelancaran pelayanan pada karyawan kantor yang akan berdampak pada kelancaran pelayanan pada masyarakat. Tujuan dari perancangan Sistem Informasi Persediaan ATK ini adalah merancang sistem dan aplikasi yang mampu menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh manajemen seputar pelaksanaan persediaan ATK. Dalam pengembangan selanjutnya maka dikembangkan program aplikasi. Dengan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Persediaan ATK ini, masalah keakuratan, kecepatan informasi dapat diatasi. Penggunaan program aplikasi dapat mempermudah dalam pencatatan, perbaikan, serta penghapusan data. Laporan seputar kegiatan arus ATK, dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengevaluasi operasional persediaan  ATK.
