Abstract

Covid-19 menghambat laju pergerakan bisnis di seluruh dunia, untuk dapat mempertahankan bisnisnya perusahaan harus beradaptasi terhadap teknologi terkini, yaitu metaverse. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari database Scopus pada tahun 2008-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik analisis menggunakan VOSviewer yang merupakan metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis data ilmiah dan memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggambarkan fenomena dan karakteristiknya. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa publikasi di sekitar area ini masih sangat minim sehingga memungkinkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya membuat penelitian perihal manfaat metaverse untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan.
