Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan model untuk menyelidiki efek langsung dari Business Intelligence (BI) pada kinerja, dan efek tidak langsung, melalui pembelajaran jaringan (NL) dan inovasi (INNOV). Investigasi didasarkan pada sampel 228 startup dari berbagai negara Eropa. Kami mengeksplorasi hubungan tersebut menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan efek positif di antara variabel yang berbeda dan kami dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kapasitas Business Intelligence berdampak pada pembelajaran jaringan, inovasi, dan kinerja. Dari temuan ini, dapat dikatakan bahwa beberapa perhatian harus disesuaikan dengan kapasitas intelijen bisnis di perusahaan rintisan, mengingat dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, efek pembelajaran jaringan melalui BI signifikan dan menghadirkan pengaruh positif dalam kinerja. Karena startup biasanya berjuang dengan kekurangan sumber daya dan tim menghadapi banyak tuntutan perhatian, tampaknya mengusulkan praktik intelijen bisnis merupakan tantangan baru untuk diatasi, tetapi karena informasi merupakan sumber daya utama untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dapat membuahkan hasil.
