Transformasi Bisnis Digital UMKM Bola Ubi Kopong di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Wabah covid-19 adalah krisis global yang telah menempatkan usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di bawah tekanan besar untuk dapat bertahan hidup, mengharuskan pemilik usaha untuk merespons krisis secara efektif. UMKM berupaya untuk mengadopsi berbagai teknologi digital untuk mengatasi krisis ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan fenomena dan karakteristiknya. Tranformasi bisnis menjadi digital bisnis akan memberikan UMKM pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang preferensi konsumen, dan perilaku, sehingga memungkinkan untuk dapat meraih pelanggan dan segmentasi pasar yang lebih spesifik. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pemasaran menjadi lebih bertarget dan hemat biaya.
