Integrasi Teknologi Informasi dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia: Sebuah Studi Kualitatif tentang Dampaknya pada Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak integrasi teknologi informasi (TI) dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dengan pendekatan studi kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan observasi di beberapa perusahaan terpilih. Berfokus pada bagaimana implementasi sistem TI dalam SDM dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan keuangan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang praktik manajemen SDM yang inovatif dan efektif dalam era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TI yang efektif dalam fungsi SDM membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan karyawan, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan optimasi proses bisnis. Hal ini, pada gilirannya, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan, seperti terlihat dari peningkatan produktivitas, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan pertumbuhan pendapatan. Studi kasus dari perusahaan-perusahaan ini mengungkapkan bahwa kesuksesan integrasi TI dalam SDM sangat bergantung pada strategi adaptasi, pelatihan karyawan, dan kesiapan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi literatur manajemen SDM dan teknologi informasi, dengan menunjukkan bagaimana harmonisasi antara TI dan SDM dapat menjadi katalisator utama untuk kemajuan finansial perusahaan. Temuan ini berguna bagi para pemangku kepentingan di bidang manajemen SDM, teknologi informasi, dan keuangan perusahaan yang mencari cara untuk memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja keuangan.
