Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi bisnis saat ini, model operasional yang inovatif menjadi kunci untuk memastikan keberlanjutan strategi bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi teknologi digital dapat mereformasi model operasional untuk mendukung strategi bisnis berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai studi kasus perusahaan yang telah berhasil mengimplementasikan inovasi digital dalam operasional mereka. Fokus utama analisis adalah pada perubahan dalam rantai nilai, adaptasi terhadap teknologi emergen, dan pengembangan kapabilitas organisasi untuk berkelanjutan dalam lingkungan yang volatil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memungkinkan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan responsivitas terhadap tuntutan keberlanjutan pasar dan regulasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kritis yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan integrasi teknologi digital, termasuk kepemimpinan visioner, budaya inovasi, dan kesiapan organisasi dalam mengadopsi perubahan. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada literatur strategi bisnis dengan menawarkan kerangka kerja untuk inovasi model operasional yang berkelanjutan di era digital. Selanjutnya, studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan bisnis yang berusaha untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan daya saing dalam ekonomi yang terus berubah. Implikasi manajerial dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian masa depan juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
